Help with an order

Email us or use our contact form. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. For a damaged or incorrect item, photographs can help us investigate, but we will consider other reasonable evidence if photographs are unavailable. Please do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.

Returns and cancellations

Withdraw from contract / Request a return or cancellation through your customer account. Sign in with the email used for the order, open that order, and use the available return or cancellation action. You may alternatively email us or send a clear withdrawal notice to our business address. If the online action is unavailable, that does not remove any statutory right.

For a change-of-mind return, notify us within 14 calendar days after receipt of the last item in your order, then send the goods back within 14 calendar days after your notice. The request deadline extends to the next business day if its final day falls on a weekend or public holiday. Buyers pay the return postage for these returns, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us before posting a return so we can identify your order and provide the appropriate instructions. This does not make statutory cancellation or other consumer rights dependent on our prior approval. A longer period offered for an earlier order remains available for that order. Delivery and privacy enquiries

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after the order is placed. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–8 business days for the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.) and 8–15 business days for other supported countries and regions outside the United States. Both estimates exclude the order-processing period. For Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, contact us before ordering to confirm service availability and the applicable delivery estimate. Business days are Monday through Friday; Saturdays and Sundays are not counted. Delivery estimates are subject to the transit and delay provisions in our Shipping Policy.
